The first day I met with Miranda + Michael we really hit it off and I knew that these two were going to be an incredible couple to photograph. We discussed some options for their engagement session and they recommended we head out to one of their favourite parks that they enjoyed taking long walks during their ‘dating’ years. I love incorporating a sentimental spot that my clients share with one another. After such a great shoot, I was counting down the days until their big day.
On a brisk March 10th day, both Miranda + Michael got ready in their family homes. It was great to get to know their families and friends. The ceremony took place in their family parish of Our Lady Queen of the World Parish where the guests were greeted by a traditional Scottish Bagpiper…so cool right!
After the ceremony, we headed down to the charming town of Kleinburg and took advantage of some historic sites that this little town has to offer. We then set out to The Doctor’s House for a private session for just the two of them. Despite the frigid weather, they took it all in, taking in their first moments as Mr. and Mrs. We shared many laughs and their big day was such an honour to be a part of. I’m pleased to share some of my favourites from their wedding day and wish them both a lifetime of happiness.
