I first met baby Hendrix when he was still in mom’s belly during our Christmas Mini Sessions. Two months later, I had little Hendrix at the studio for his newborn session. His big sister Jade came along as well and we had some fun with a solo photo shoot for her as well.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoy newborn sessions. They are unlike any other photography session. They’re longer, yes, but they are calm, quiet and almost relaxing. I go with the flow of the baby. I don’t ever push or force something baby just doesn’t want to do. I ensure the baby is happy and cozy and then all of a sudden everything starts to flow.
